Devon House Mansion & Ballroom
The stunning dining room and ballroom of the Devon House mansion are available for limited uses. Please feel free to reach out to our Marketing & Events Team to discuss how the dining room and ballroom may be used.

Most Hon. Edward Seaga Suite
his gorgeously landscaped and scenic section of the property is home to the newly launched Most Hon. Edward Seaga Suite. This fully enclosed, air-conditioned, 1100 sq. ft. structure is outfitted with a projector, a smart TV, WiFi, and teleconferencing access which is the ideal location for a ceremony, cocktail reception, buffet, or sit-down dinner for a small group.
East Lawn
Housed on the East Lawn is a bandstand in the shade of a lignum vitae tree and connected by a paved brick pathway to a circular ‘dance floor’. This area offers as much diversity as the imagination will allow, all a stone’s throw from the mansion’s east verandah.
Formal Gardens
The Formal Gardens is a regal spot. With scrupulously manicured foliage, the elegant Devon House mansion as its background, and sweeping palm trees around a beautiful fountain, it’s a wonderful location for corporate and private special events. Imagine models in stunning clothes strutting down the shrubbery-lined stone walkway leading to the fountain or a beautiful bride on her special day. The Formal Gardens is dramatic, beautiful, and iconic.
South Lawn
Our expansive South Lawn is an ideal venue for a large corporate or special event. There is also a gazebo where presentations or performances can be held. Your event will pull in eyes from busy Waterloo and Hope Roads. Some amazing expos, food festivals, marketplaces and fashion shows have taken place on our South Lawn.
